With the assistance of your weight loss coach (you receive one-on-one weekly coaching), you will follow phase 1 until you have reached 100% of your weight loss goal.
Maintenance Phase. You will begin applying the smarter eating education taught by your personal weight loss coach. This knowledge will assist your in making smarter lifestyle choices after your weight loss journey.
Step down Phase and Stabilization Phase. The amount of Ideal Protein foods is reduced to one per day. You will be re-introduced to a list of healthy proteins, fats, and carbohydrates that you will eat daily based on your own personal macros. You will remain in the stablization phase from two to eight weeks depending on the amount of weight lost in Phase 1.
Your weekly appointments will be continue until you reach your maintenance phase. At that time you will transition to monthly appointments for 11 months. As your personal coach, we are always here for you every step of your journey and beyond!
